Google user data

Providers sign in with Google and, as part of that sign-in, connect a Google Calendar so BeautyBookie can sync bookings and prevent double-booking. This uses two scopes:

• calendar.readonly — to read free/busy data across the provider's calendars.
• calendar.events — to create, update, and delete the specific booking events BeautyBookie places on the calendar the provider selects.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are not shared with third parties beyond what's needed to operate calendar sync. Providers can revoke BeautyBookie's access at any time from their Google Account permissions, or by contacting support.

BeautyBookie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share booking details with the matched provider, and use processors (Stripe, Telnyx, Cloudflare, Google) as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
