What we are

BeautyBookie is a marketplace and matchmaking platform for near-term beauty appointments. We connect customers with independent providers. We are not the beauty service provider and do not perform nails, brows, lashes, waxing, or blowout services.

How we make money

• Commission on completed bookings
• Deposit forfeiture on late cancellation or no-show (per disclosed policy)
• Featured placement subscriptions sold to providers

Limitation of liability

The provider you book is solely responsible for delivering the service. BeautyBookie is not liable for service quality, injury, allergic reaction, or provider conduct beyond the limited remedies described in these Terms. Claims about the service lie between you and the provider.

Payments & cancellation

Full service price is charged online via Stripe Connect. Free cancellation is available until the configured free-cancel window before start; later cancellation or no-show forfeits the deposit portion.
